Most of us have actually come from working for various leading vendors in this space. We have come from sales, technical and leadership positions and have even helped build some of the tools currently used in the market.
We didn’t just want to build a team of people who take vendor training courses and deliver services for those vendors. sitting at the end of a sale with our hands out asking for services work from vendors just isn’t for us.
We have been around the industry enough to see that partners who offer the most value are those who understand their customers, what makes them successful and is able to work with them to reduce complexity, risk and cost

We knew that pushing product, services and focusing on ourselves was the wrong approach. We wanted to focus on our customers, helping them do more with less, leverage existing investments to the best of their capabilities, consolidate where possible and only spend on new technology where absolutely necessary.
We are agnostic. We’ll tell you the right thing to do for you. Not for us. Of course, we have relationships with vendors but we’re honest about why. By partnering with them we can offer competitive pricing if we sell software.
That doesn’t mean we’ll only promote or push those products, it just means we’re honest.
